Outsource Real Estate Tasks

I recently did an interview with Tyrone Shum of Mass Outsource on how to outsource real estate tasks.  Len & I have been following this guy for a little over a year.  He is truly on top of his game and an expert in outsourcing.  While his system covers all tasks related to outsourcing our interview covered how his tutorials can be applicable to realtors and brokers, both new and experienced and how each can learn to outsource real estate tasks.

One tip I’ll give you, which is probably obvious to anyone, is when I outsource real estate tasks I am careful not to reveal any of our clients personal financial info.  Once you grab the concept of outsourcing real estate tasks, you’ll see how you can apply these strategies to any business that you have or may want to start. His tutorials keep giving back and you can “rinse and repeat”  his strategies for ANY business.

I wish I had bought his course before I started to outsource real estate tasks.  He would have saved me a lot of time and money as you’ll see us discuss in the video.  You really can’t lose.  He gives a 60 day money back guarantee. Watch the video below and enjoy…..Duncan

Hey Chad. I haven’t outsourced cold calling for the same reason you are concerned, accent and understanding of the English language however, it can be done. Without knowing EXACTLY what you are attempting to do, I have a couple of thoughts. There are a few tools out there that may allow you accomplish your goal. One is Phone Burner. I haven’t used it but have heard that some people that like it. I don’t know enough about it to give my “Stamp of Approval” however I thought I would mention it.

Second, you CAN outsource this type of task overseas but you’ll probably find out that anyone overseas that speaks really good English is probably relatively expensive (10-15 an hour) as they are in demand from others. Although, I wouldn’t let that discourage you from at least looking in to it. Elance is the resource I use for my outsourcing candidates. What I do with all my new outsourcing team members is interview them via Skype but most of my outsourcing tasks don’t require fluency in spoke English just basic English reading/writing skills are required. I would be willing to get on the phone with you at some point to get a better understanding of what you are trying to accomplish. My direct email is Duncan@MyIdolTime.com. Let me know if you are are up for that. Maybe we can collectively come up with a solution. I’ve been doing online marketing for some time know and know what it is like to not know where to turn. Let me know if I can help via a call or email. D
